Quality is Everything
We work exclusively with American machine shops that have proven they can deliver quality parts, in spec, on time, and without excuses. We require a zero defect rate on every single part we ship. Quality is King.
How it works:
1) Submit your part and drawings
2) We’ll send you a quote, and a link where you can securly pay
3) Once you pay, we’ll select the best shop for your parts
4) After the shop makes your parts, they will ship them directly to you

FAQ:
Are there any materials you don’t work with?
We don’t work with anything that is inherently dangerous, such as lead, reactive metals, or radioactive metals.
How tight of tolerances can you hit?
We handle work on a case-by-case basis. We can probably do it, but if we can’t, we’ll tell you upfront before accepting the job.
Can I talk to the shop making the parts?
Absolutely! We don’t hide the shops from you like some of the other shop networks.
Do you offer injection molding, 3D printing, or laser cutting?
We specialize in chip-removal subtractive manufacturing. As we grow we may add more capabilities, but we would rather focus on what we are best at.
Will all of my parts be made by the same shop?
Not necessarily. Our biggest strength is that we have a variety of niche vendors. If your order has turned and milled parts, we may send the turned parts to one shop that is an expert at turning, and the milled parts to a shop that is an expert at milling. Additionally we sometimes break up large orders to reduce lead times.
Can I become a Subtract Vendor?
Maybe! At the moment we have a rather long waitlist, and only add more shops when our network is at full capacity. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, start here
